How does the EFFISA UV Coating Line for cables and rounded profiles work?

The EFFISA UV Coating Line was developed for the fast and uniform application and curing of coatings.
The process begins with the automatic feeding of parts on the Infeed Table. The operator only needs to load the pieces, and the equipment will operate automatically, singulating each part and feeding them into the line.
Next, a transfer system directs the parts to the coating application stage (primer, paint, or varnish), carried out through a vacuum coating system, ensuring uniform coverage and precise control of the applied thickness.
After that, the parts go through UV curing, where special lamps instantly dry the material through ultraviolet radiation, eliminating waiting time and increasing productivity.
Finally, the parts exit the line for inspection, already dry, resistant, and ready for use or the next processing stage.
