SIPAT WEEK 2024

EFFISA had the privilege of hosting the Internal Week of Accident Prevention at Work (SIPAT), an event of utmost importance for raising awareness and promoting the health and safety of our employees.

Throughout these days, we immersed ourselves in a series of activities, lectures, and dynamics aimed at the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of all members of our team. From discussions on workplace safety to approaches on mental health and quality of life, the SIPAT Week was a valuable opportunity for us to reflect on our habits, practices, and attitudes in our daily lives.

Among the various significant moments, we highlight the active participation of all departments, which demonstrated exemplary commitment to safety and mutual care. Each lecture, each practical demonstration, and each dialogue contributed to further strengthening the team spirit and collective awareness of the importance of preventing accidents and promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
